"These chops are so delicious and the chops are so tender you can just about cut them with a fork. The rub is full of different flavors that go very well together. Just give the chops about 1 hour in the fridge before grilling and enjoy! I imagine you could also use this on a deboned and rolled leg of lamb, and grill on indirect heat with great success too. "

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients together, and rub it on the chops about 1 hour before grilling.
Step 2
Place the chops on a plate, cover with saran wrap, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 3
When you get ready to light the grill, take the chops out of the refrigerator.
Step 4
Grill about 5 minutes on each side. Remove from grill.
Step 5
Plate, and serve with your favorite side dishes.
