Step by Step Method

Melt butter in flat bottom soup mug with straight side or use large circle ramekin
Melt the butter in the microwave. Mix in all the ingredients. Stir until thoroughly mixed.
Microwave for one min, check, if wet, add 10 or 15 seconds - until toothpick comes out clean (after the first time you should have a feel of how long your microwave cooks).
Take "bread" out of mug, cool, slice.
TO MAKE THE FILLING
Make like a typical peanut butter n jelly sandwich using thin schmear of sunflower nut butter and low or no sugar jelly.
Sunflower Butter - no sugar added 2 TB 4g carb/2 fiber
King Arther Coconut Flour - 1 TB 4g carb/3 fiber
Egg and Baking Powder - 1g carbs each
So total for bread is approximately 10g carbs/5 fiber == 5g net carbs
Plus insides for sandwich.
Smuckers Black Berry SF - 1 TB 5g carb/3 fiber -- plus more SF butter.
