Step by Step Method

Step 1

Combine the sesame oil. garlic, ginger in a heated wok or fry pan, allow oil to absorb the fragrance 15 seconds

Step 2

Add sherry, soy and chili oil just for for a minute

Step 3

Add prawns stir fry for 2 minutes or just until they turn pink - Do not overcook! Sprinkle on the green onions
