Step 1: Combine the sesame oil. garlic, ginger in a heated wok or fry pan, allow oil to absorb the fragrance 15 seconds
Step 2: Add sherry, soy and chili oil just for for a minute
Step 3: Add prawns stir fry for 2 minutes or just until they turn pink - Do not overcook! Sprinkle on the green onions
