Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound medium sized prawns, shelled, deveined
  • 2 tablespoons dry sherry
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoon chili oil or 3/4 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 3 large cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sesame oil

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine the sesame oil. garlic, ginger in a heated wok or fry pan, allow oil to absorb the fragrance 15 seconds

  • Step 2: Add sherry, soy and chili oil just for for a minute

  • Step 3: Add prawns stir fry for 2 minutes or just until they turn pink - Do not overcook! Sprinkle on the green onions
