Remove moisture from spinach.

Step 2

Used to make this spinach dip a lot and we loved it. Was nice to find the recipe again and enjoy it for Christmas brunch. I always put the dip in a pumpernickel round bread but couldnt find one so it went into a sourdough bread. Carefully remove the bread from the center of your bread so you can cut it into cubes and serve with the dip. I also had two or three different crackers put out but no vegetable sticks this time. Will be holding on tight to this recipe. Made and reviewed for the Christmas Tag game. Merry Christmas Beatrice!

I discovered this recipe when someone at work brought it to a pot luck. It's incredible! I've made it many times, and it's a huge hit every time. You'll be tempted to just stand over the bowl with a spoon...
