"This recipe comes from an early issue of Food Network Magazine. Ever since we tried it, it has become the staple way we make sweet potatoes in our house. They are not hot, but they have a nice pop of flavor. These wedges pair nicely with salmon burgers."
Preheat your oven to 425°F. Scrub the potatoes and cut into wedges.
Toss the cut sweet potatoes in a mixing bowl with the remaining ingredients, until the wedges are all seasoned.
Spread them out on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes, flipping the sweet potatoes halfway through the cooking time.
