Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F. Scrub the potatoes and cut into wedges.

Step 2

Toss the cut sweet potatoes in a mixing bowl with the remaining ingredients, until the wedges are all seasoned.

Step 3

Spread them out on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes, flipping the sweet potatoes halfway through the cooking time.
