Nice heat to this very yummy mayo! I used a small whole roasted red pepper and did not measure so had to use a wee bit more mayo to thicken. We had this on a ham & cheese sandwich which really perked up the flavours! Thanks for sharing Bea! Made for Billboard Recipe Tag.
