"I found this little gem on an internet search. I was skeptical at first. But it really turned out good. It comes from a Guam cookbook. Who knew they adored Spam? Now I changed the recipe a bit for my tastes. (added spices, garlic, bell pepper)"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Dice spam into small cubes, and dice up veggies. Heat olive oil in a large skillet, add onions, bell pepper, garlic and spam. Brown spam and start to cook veggies.
Step 2
Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 3
While simmering,cook noodles and drain. Add all ingredients together.
