Step 1: Dice spam into small cubes, and dice up veggies. Heat olive oil in a large skillet, add onions, bell pepper, garlic and spam. Brown spam and start to cook veggies.
Step 2: Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 3: While simmering,cook noodles and drain. Add all ingredients together.
