Step 1

Saute onion and garlic in oil until soft.

Step 2

Add meat and saute till browned. Drain fat.

Step 3

Add spaghetti sauce and let simmer a few minutes.

Step 4

Add seasonings to taste and continue to let simmer.

Step 5

Add carrots and simmer till carrots have softened slightly.

Step 6

Add green pepper, mushrooms and wine and simmer 15 minutes.

I'm giving this a 4+ star...it would have received a 5 star if not for a few errors...I've been cooking for over 50 years...you have to give amounts at all times so the newbies can learn to cook...and you shouldn't miss an ingredient in the directions...with that said...this came out amazing...I always try to find new recipes to try and rate...in the hope that it encourages the chef to keep posting their recipes...thanks for posting this...we really enjoyed it...:) I used leftover frozen meatballs...
