A lovely peppy turkey burger. I am sorry to say that I forgot the avocado - I had it sitting right on the counter but was in such a hurry to be sure everything stayed hot that I completely bypassed it. Great flavour. This burger will be made again - next time with the avocado.

Enjoyed this take of a burger. Put more green chilies on, and loved the avocado addition. I might melt more cheese on it next time.
