Step by Step Method

Step 1

Brown venison in oil.

Step 2

Add onions bell peppers, celery and season lightly.

Step 3

Add mushrooms, chili powder, tomatoes water and Worcestershire sauce.

Step 4

Add sugar to taste.

Step 5

Season to taste.

Step 6

Simmer for 60 minutes, adding water as needed.

Step 7

Add beans and simmer for 30 minutes more.

I made this as instructed but there was not enough tomatoes to meat ratio so I added a can of crushed tomatoes which was great. I did add more chili spice because of having to add a the extra can and it tasted great.
