Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cook beef, onion and garlic in 10" skillet over medium-high heat until well browned, stirring to break up meat.
Step 2
Pour off fat.
Step 3
Stir beef mixture , vegetable soup, can of veggies 1/2 can mushroom soup and Worcestershire in 12 x 8" shallow baking dish. mix
Step 4
Heat remaining soup, stock and butter in 2-qt. saucepan over high heat to a boil.
Step 5
Remove from heat.
Step 6
Stir in milk. Slowly stir in potatoes and green onion . Spoon potatoes on top of casserole.
Step 7
Bake at 400 degrees F. for 20 min. or until hot.
