Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13″ baking pan.
In a electric mixer fixed with a paddle attachment, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in egg and vanilla.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder and salt.
Add to butter mixture and mix at a low speed until combined.
Press the dough into an even layer in the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges become golden brown.
Once out of the oven, place the chocolate chips over the cooked layer and let them sit for one minute. Then spread the chips making a complete chocolate layer.
Once the chocolate is melted, spread 3/4 of the bag of marshmallows over the chocolate. Place back in oven until tops of the marshmallows are golden brown.
Cool completely before cutting into bars.
Cut them into squares and decorate with the Hershey bars.
