Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13″ baking pan.
Step 2: In a electric mixer fixed with a paddle attachment, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Step 3: Beat in egg and vanilla.
Step 4: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder and salt.
Step 5: Add to butter mixture and mix at a low speed until combined.
Step 6: Press the dough into an even layer in the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges become golden brown.
Step 7: Once out of the oven, place the chocolate chips over the cooked layer and let them sit for one minute. Then spread the chips making a complete chocolate layer.
Step 8: Once the chocolate is melted, spread 3/4 of the bag of marshmallows over the chocolate. Place back in oven until tops of the marshmallows are golden brown.
Step 9: Cool completely before cutting into bars.
Step 10: Cut them into squares and decorate with the Hershey bars.
