"I like to flake this fish when cooked and mix it all together with the reserved sauce and pan drippings. If you like a baked on sauce you can return the fish to the oven after you have added the reserved sauce and broil it for a few minutes."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients together except for the tilapia in a casserole dish.
Step 2
Remove two tablespoons of this mixture and set aside.
Step 3
Add the tilapia coating both sides, cover and keep refrigerated for a couple of hours, turning halfway through.
Step 4
Place the tilapia fillets on a baking sheet that has been coated with non-stick spray and place in a preheated 425 degree Fahrenheit oven; cook for 12 to 14 minutes, until fish flakes easily when poked with a fork. This will depend on thickness of fish.
Step 5
Plate the fish and rub the reserved sauce over the fish and serve.
