Step 1

Heat a skillet to medium and add the oil.

Heat for about 5 minutes.

Add the sliced garlic.

Very quick and easy to put together! I think next time I might start the sugar snap peas first, and then add the garlic to keep it from getting too brown. I loved the sweetness added by the oyster sauce, plus it added a nice gloss and color. Thanks for sharing!
