Step 1: In a dutch oven brown the roast on all sides in 1 tablespoon oil
Step 2: In a large saucepan, saute onions in remaining oil until tender
Step 3: Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat. simmer, uncovered for 15 minutes stirring occasionally
Step 4: Pour over roast Cover and bake in oven at 325F for 2 hours.
Step 5: Turn the roast and bake for another 2 hours or until roast is very tender
Step 6: Remove roast, shredd with a fork and return to the sauce
Step 7: Serve on rolls
