Step by Step Method

Step 1

Coat a baking sheet with non-stick spray, layer the fillets on the baking sheet.

Step 2

Rub 1/2 teaspoon of the sesame oil over each of the fillets with the back of a spoon.

Step 3

Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 4

Mix the remaining ingredients together and rub over the top of the fish with the back of a spoon.

Step 5

Bake in a preheated 375 degree Fahrenheit oven for about 15 minutes, depending on thickness of fillets, until fish flakes easily when poked with a fork.

This was really good! I used tilapia and had four pieces, so I doubled the sauce. Perfect! It's just the right combination of flavours, and gives me another way to serve fish (something we eat a lot).
