Step 1: Coat a baking sheet with non-stick spray, layer the fillets on the baking sheet.
Step 2: Rub 1/2 teaspoon of the sesame oil over each of the fillets with the back of a spoon.
Step 3: Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4: Mix the remaining ingredients together and rub over the top of the fish with the back of a spoon.
Step 5: Bake in a preheated 375 degree Fahrenheit oven for about 15 minutes, depending on thickness of fillets, until fish flakes easily when poked with a fork.
