Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 fillets (4 to 5 ounces each) whitefish
  • 2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon prepared minced ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon fish sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Coat a baking sheet with non-stick spray, layer the fillets on the baking sheet.

  • Step 2: Rub 1/2 teaspoon of the sesame oil over each of the fillets with the back of a spoon.

  • Step 3: Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

  • Step 4: Mix the remaining ingredients together and rub over the top of the fish with the back of a spoon.

  • Step 5: Bake in a preheated 375 degree Fahrenheit oven for about 15 minutes, depending on thickness of fillets, until fish flakes easily when poked with a fork.
