Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix together the marinade ingredients. Place tuna in zip lock bag and pour in marinade. Refrigerator for 2+ hours, turning often.
Step 2
Heat non-stick skilled over medium-high heat. Once the pan is hot, remove tuna from marinade and sear on both sides for 2-4 minutes (depending on desired doneness).
Step 3
Remove from pan and place in freezer for 30 minutes. Slice thinly and serve with soy/wasabi sauce. Pairs well with a triple cream cheese and water crackers.
