Step by Step Method

Cook macaroni al dente ,drain

Brown the hamburger add onions and bell peppers ,they cooked these in fat separately

Drain grease if need

In bowl combine everything (they always rinsed out soup can with a little water)but cheese

Pour into pam sprayed casserole

Top with cheese bake in 350 degree oven 60 minutes until browned

This might be a little long check at 30 minutes
