Step by Step Method

Step 1

Cook macaroni al dente ,drain

Step 2

Brown the hamburger add onions and bell peppers ,they cooked these in fat separately

Step 3

Cook until tender

Step 4

Drain grease if need

Step 5

In bowl combine everything (they always rinsed out soup can with a little water)but cheese

Step 6

Pour into pam sprayed casserole

Step 7

Top with cheese bake in 350 degree oven 60 minutes until browned

Step 8

This might be a little long check at 30 minutes

We enjoyed this easy to make casserole. The change I made was using fresh mushrooms that were cooked with the bell peppers and onions. The other change was cooking the vegetables with the hamburg. I mixed it all together in the baking pan and then just sprinkled with the cheese (I used cheddar). This is a great recipe as most of the ingredients are on hand. Thanks for sharing!
