Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F.
Step 2
Cook pasta in heavily salted boiling water until al dente, drain.
Step 3
Meanwhile, brown ground beef and onions, season lightly, drain if needed.

Add tomato paste and don't burn.
Step 5
Add chili powder and paprika to taste, beef broth and rest of seasonings.

Add tomatoes and simmer until macaroni is done, drain, and add to sauce.

Pour into pam sprayed casserole dish.

Top with cheese, cover and bake for 30 minutes.
