"This is based on the Loveless Cafe's recipe for Savory Green Beans, but obviously different. It's a surprisingly tasty way to eat broccoli, even for those who don't particularly care for it. Frozen will work (thaw and drain, don't cook as long), but fresh is better."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat butter in a large skillet for 2-3 minutes, until melted and bubbling.
Step 2
Add shallots and saute, stirring frequently, 2-3 minutes.
Step 3
Add broccoli and seasoning and saute, stirring frequently, 15 minutes or until tender.
