In a skillet over medium high heat heat the oil and then add the zucchini and saute for 5-10 minutes or until it begins to brown; season with salt and pepper. Add 1/2 cup olives and the parsley and then put all in a serving dish; sprinkle with almonds and the rest of the olives.
