Step by Step Method

Step 1

Thaw shrimp, if frozen.

Step 2

Cut in half lengthwise.

Step 3

In 10-inch skillet, cook onion in hot oil until tender, but not brown.

Step 4

Stir in drained beans, tomato sauce, salt, coriander, cinnamon, cumin, and pepper.

Step 5

Cook covered for 5 minutes, stirring twice.

Step 6

Add tomato wedges and shrimp and cook 5 minutes more till heated through, and shrimp are pink stirring once.
