  • 8 ounces shrimp, peeled
  • 15 ounces French style green beans, drained (1 can)
  • 1 cup onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups tomatoes, cut into thin wedges

How to Make

  • Step 1: Thaw shrimp, if frozen.

  • Step 2: Cut in half lengthwise.

  • Step 3: In 10-inch skillet, cook onion in hot oil until tender, but not brown.

  • Step 4: Stir in drained beans, tomato sauce, salt, coriander, cinnamon, cumin, and pepper.

  • Step 5: Cook covered for 5 minutes, stirring twice.

  • Step 6: Add tomato wedges and shrimp and cook 5 minutes more till heated through, and shrimp are pink stirring once.
