Step 2: Cut in half lengthwise.
Step 3: In 10-inch skillet, cook onion in hot oil until tender, but not brown.
Step 4: Stir in drained beans, tomato sauce, salt, coriander, cinnamon, cumin, and pepper.
Step 5: Cook covered for 5 minutes, stirring twice.
Step 6: Add tomato wedges and shrimp and cook 5 minutes more till heated through, and shrimp are pink stirring once.
