"This tea is great for a cold or flu and will knock it out a lot faster than anything I have seen. It tastes good and if you begin to take some as soon as you start with sneezes or cough symtems, you will get over it in a few days rather than a week or more the other way. It is a home remedy that really works. Got to put in that no medical advice is being given or things said that is not proven by those that have used this so try it and if it works for you, great, if not so much, at least you got some good from it anyway. Garlic and onions are natural anti-biotics that help the immune system while lemons naturally contain vitamin C."
