"Myself and my husband love jalapeno I add it even to my burgers! I don't use breadcrumbs of fillers for my burgers they hold together just fine, I do find that if you make the hamburger filling then refrigerate it for 24 hours the flavor seems to be better, these are awesome cooked on the outdoor grill!"

Bergy

This burger has a heavier texture than I usually like but it is very tasty. I used Raging Bull BBQ sauce to baste the burger and pan fried them. I love the garlic and jalapeno in them.13 Oct18 You all know how much I love Burgers well this one is right up there with the good ones. I cut the recipe back to 1/2 lb Beef (2 burgers), used 2 large garlic cloves and added some Panko crunbs. The crumbs made the texture . (for me) just right. Lovely juicy burger topped with Lettuce, tomato & Tony Roma/s BBQ sauce.
