"This is really rich and delicious, and can really be used for any fish. Prep time does not include 2 hour marinating time."
In a small bowl, mix all ingredients except salmon fillets. Place salmon fillets, that have had the skin cut off, in a dish that will hold them and the marinade without spilling. Pour marinade over salmon, turn to coat both sides. Cover with plastic wrap and let set in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Remove from refrigerator 1/2 hour before baking to take the chill off.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Place salmon and marinade in small baking dish that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, or line dish with parchment paper.
Bake, covered with foil, in preheated 350°F oven for 30 minutes.
Plate up and pour marinade over top of salmon.
