Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar (dark)
  • 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce (*)
  • 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar (**)
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons dried dill weed
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 8 ounces fresh salmon fillets (4 ounces each)
We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a small bowl, mix all ingredients except salmon fillets. Place salmon fillets, that have had the skin cut off, in a dish that will hold them and the marinade without spilling. Pour marinade over salmon, turn to coat both sides. Cover with plastic wrap and let set in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

  • Step 2: Remove from refrigerator 1/2 hour before baking to take the chill off.

  • Step 3: Preheat oven to 350°F. Place salmon and marinade in small baking dish that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, or line dish with parchment paper.

  • Step 4: Bake, covered with foil, in preheated 350°F oven for 30 minutes.

  • Step 5: Plate up and pour marinade over top of salmon.

  • Step 6: *I use my Very Low Sodium Soy Sauce Substitute https://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/very-low-sodium-soy-sauce-substitute-5145.
