"Prosciutto adds a little something special to almost any dish - peas are no exception! OPTIONS: Cut calories/fat by using a spritz of cooking spray instead of olive oil!. Also if you like crisp prosciutto, remove it from the pan and add as a garnish when serving. You can cook the onion separately, if you don't want the onion and prosciutto mixed!"

Yummy. I made this per the directions but would probably follow Lori's advice and cook the prosciutto separately next time to keep it a little crisper. It was a great side dish that I enjoyed. Thanks for sharing, Linky.

Very simple and nice way to make peas, which we always enjoy. I didn't have prosciutto so I left it out, was very good as was. Thank you for sharing a good recipe, made for Culinary Quest 2019, Italy, FeedBags

Loved this recipe! So quick and easy! Next time, we might crisp the prosciutto separately and use it as a garnish so it stays crispy. Either way, it was delicious!
