Russian Sauce
"From Better Homes and Gardens, June 1974 My recipe card has gotten very beat up, so it's safer here! This is good on baked, broiled or poached fish, garnished with paprika. Also on asparagus, or eggs. I've served sliced hard-boiled eggs over a bed of braised spinach with the sauce on top."
