Usually I'm a bratwurst purist, but this recipe is so unusual that I HAD to try it. Glad I did! What a great combo of flavors with the blue cheese and gorgonzola. We'll be making these again! Thanks for expanding our bratwurst horizons!

We ate this for our Memorial Day Barbecue. We all loved them. The tastes go together so well with all the ingredients. All the flavors enhanced the flavor of the beef brat. We will definitely make this again.

We love bratwurst! I have to admit that I prefer the standard way of serving with onions and peppers, but I was overruled by the men of the house who said that "this is great!" Thanks for sharing this unique twist on a classic!
