A couple of months ago I had a similar drink at a restaurant, which was the seasonal special, and I loved it but they wouldn’t give me the recipe. So this was just what I was looking for. I love rosemary and it pairs well with gin. Theirs didn’t have lime juice, which adds a nice zing to the drink. Thanks for this keeper.

What a Gimlet! So good and if you haven't tried a cocktail with tones of rosemary, you don't know what you're missing. For the Rosemary Honey Syrup, I cut the honey in half and added about 2 ounces to each glass, otherwise using the whole thing for one cocktail would have been too sweet and it would have overflowed the glass. For some reason this cocktail made me feel like I was a raspy voiced woman from the 60's or 70's smoking a cigarette. It was like traveling in a time machine or was it because I was lit? Thank you, Lori, for sharing. Made it For your Consideration (FYC) tag game.
