Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cook macaroni as directed on box until al dente. It's going to cook some more.
Step 2
Brown together in skillet - meat, onions, green pepper, pepper to taste.
Step 3
After meat, onion and green pepper has browned, mix together all of the other ingredients.
Step 4
Place in greased casserole and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Step 5
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until hot and bubbly
