Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 8 ounces dry medium shell macaroni, (2 cups)
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, smashed
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper, to taste, (they had a teaspoon)
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 6 ounces Spanish olives, undrained (1 jar)
  • 12 ounces can mushrooms, sliced, undrained (1 can)
  • 26 ounces tomato soup (1 can)
  • 1/2 pound sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt, to taste
  • Topping
  • 2 ounces parmesan cheese, grated

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook macaroni as directed on box until al dente. It's going to cook some more.

  • Step 2: Brown together in skillet - meat, onions, green pepper, pepper to taste.

  • Step 3: After meat, onion and green pepper has browned, mix together all of the other ingredients.

  • Step 4: Place in greased casserole and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

  • Step 5: Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until hot and bubbly
