Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450º Fahrenheit.
Step 2
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 3
Arrange the thyme sprigs in a long row on the parchment paper.

Place salmon, skin-side down on the thyme sprigs.
Step 5
Combine the mustard, honey, and vinegar in a bowl.

Brush the mixture evenly over the top of the salmon.
