Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven 450° F.
Step 2
Mix cornmeal mix and flour mix together and add water slowly for nice consistency, like pudding.
Step 3
Add mayonnaise.
Step 4
Grease a 9" cast iron skillet with butter, by hand.
Step 5
Pour mixture into skillet.
Step 6
Bake till golden brown, 20 minutes.
