"These really couldn't be easier. I usually let the batter sit for about 10 to 15 minutes to "tighten up" a bit. These bake beautifully on those silicone baking mats."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together. I've found that this recipe works better if mixed by hand.

Step 2

Let the dough "rest" for a bit, then drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheets.

Step 3

Bake in a moderate oven (350° – 375° F) for 8 to 10 minutes. A hazelnut-sized spoonful of dough will flatten out into an approximately 2 – 2½ inch cookie.
