Step 1: Mix all ingredients together. I've found that this recipe works better if mixed by hand.
Step 2: Let the dough "rest" for a bit, then drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheets.
Step 3: Bake in a moderate oven (350° – 375° F) for 8 to 10 minutes. A hazelnut-sized spoonful of dough will flatten out into an approximately 2 – 2½ inch cookie.
