"An old recipe of my mothers. I remember it most as a church potluck dinner. Use soy sauce as a condiment when eating. I sometimes add cheese to the top. Very easy, good casserole."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Brown the ground beef with onion, celery and bell pepper till veggies are soft and ground beef is no longer pink. Drain off grease.
Step 2
Mix all ingredients together in a casserole dish and salt and pepper to taste. Cover Dish and Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Take dish out and uncover and cover the top with chow mein noodles. Cook for an additional 10-15 minutes.
