Step by Step Method
Step 1
To make dressing: whisk dressing ingredients (2 tablespoon olive oil - honey) in a large salad bowl; season to taste with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Sprinkle steaks with black pepper and salt.
Step 3
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in heaven skillet over medium high heat; add steaks and cook to desired doneness (3-5 minutes per side for medium rare); transfer to plates.
Step 4
Add salad ingredients (radicchio - pear) to dressing; toss.
Step 5
Serve salad with steaks.
