  • 1 tablespoon sherry wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon shallot, minced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons honey
  • 2 (16 to 18 ounces) beef rib-eye steaks (8 to 9 ounce each, 1 inch thick, trimmed)
  • 2 cups sliced radicchio
  • 1 cup salad greens (about 8 ounces)
  • 1 pear (quartered, cored and sliced)
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese

How to Make

  • Step 1: To make dressing: whisk dressing ingredients (2 tablespoon olive oil - honey) in a large salad bowl; season to taste with salt and pepper.
