Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Step 2
Spray a 9 x 13 baking pan with cooking spray.
Step 3
Place rhubarb in the the pan.
Step 4
Mix the Jell-O and the sugar together and sprinkle evenly over the top of the rhubarb.
Step 5
Top with marshmallows.
Step 6
Mix the cake mix, eggs, oil, water, according to package directions, and pour over marshmallows.
Step 7
Bake for 45 minutes, or until done.
