Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 cups fresh rhubarb, chopped
  • 1 package (3 ounce) strawberry Jell-O gelatin dessert
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 box (18 ounce) white cake mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1 cup water

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F.

  • Step 2: Spray a 9 x 13 baking pan with cooking spray.

  • Step 3: Place rhubarb in the the pan.

  • Step 4: Mix the Jell-O and the sugar together and sprinkle evenly over the top of the rhubarb.

  • Step 5: Top with marshmallows.

  • Step 6: Mix the cake mix, eggs, oil, water, according to package directions, and pour over marshmallows.

  • Step 7: Bake for 45 minutes, or until done.
