Step by Step Method

Step 1

Heat 1 tablespoon butter in skillet

Saute onions and sauerkraut

Season beef patty with caraway to taste

We very much enjoyed this burger for lunch. My husband thought it would be great with some corned beef on top of it and my son thought it tasted kind of like a Big Mac (likely because of the dressing). I've never caramelized onion and sauerkraut in this manner and it was good... would be wonderful on a brat or hot dog!
